Scabiosa, also known as the pincusion flower, is one of the most beautiful and interesting small flowers available to pop in bouquets for added texture and color. Here at the farm we grow many varieties which include but are not limited to, Black Knight, Blue Cockade, Fata Morgana, Fire King, Night and Day, Oxford Blue, and Salmon Queen.
